Les Brown: Hello to Beautiful BC

Hi Friends and Family, Today was a big day for a ride. We rode from Kingston to Cornwall for a total of 200KM. Amazingly, we still held an average speed well over 30KM an hour. Tomorrow is the last day, and am excited to have another day of riding, but more excited that I will be on a flight and will see my family tomorrow night. It has been an excellent experience for me. It's the second year, and just as rewarding. Also, I have also made excellent friends on the ride. Thanks again for all of your support. I hope you have enjoyed reading the blog.
