Jeff Martens: 3rd Year and Still Rolling

Well the first day is behind us. Despite that this is my 3rd year participating in the Ride, the first day doesn't get any easier. It is tough- your legs adjusting to the shock, teams start to find a system, and traffic of Toronto takes its toll on your nerves. Each year offers something distinct and exciting. This year was a cross wind and cold. Regardless the riders all stuck it out, pushed through an great day. All arrived safe in the Cobourg.
